Overall, excellent. Booking an appointment was straightforward. Staff were reliable, professional, communicated well,... and did not leave a mess. At the end of the cleaning, we were shown before/after pictures. The before pictures were gross/dusty, with some missing toddler toys, and you could barely see the vents. The after pictures were clean, and you could see the vents. Our vents seem more effective in distributing air, and it's nice knowing we're not breathing all that dust from the "before" pictures.read more

EDIT: Unfortunately, I need to change my review from 5 stars to 1, I'd give 0 if I could. Since the original... appointment where the techs removed my whole home dehumidifier without my permission, I now have mold in my walls on the first floor and water running down walls adjacent to the ducts. I called them in July to let them know about the issues and, the owner came out, looked around said it was my problem, was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and left.I called them again today, and got pretty much the same treatment. I am truly sad about having to change my review. I gave them two opportunities to make it right.I am leaving my original review below for comparison.Original ReviewThey did an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting my duct work. They went above and beyond, did a bunch of extras with no additional charge. Courteous, respectful, and early. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.read more

Easy to schedule, Alex and Alex called before arrival and they were early! Very professional and polite. They worked... very well as a team and got the job done. With two units and many many vents they were here for over 4 hours but they did such a thorough job. They also cleaned the dryer vent, from the roof! I saw before and after views of one duct and I was impressed. And they cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I am very happy with the service. I know they aren't the cheapest in town, but I didn't want the cheapest. Quality work, professionalism and respectful of my home is what I was going for and I got that with AirWIz. Recently bought a property and needed to clean the ducts and dryer vents before moving in. We compared several... companies and eventually chose AirWiz initially due to the online ratings. And we didn't regret. The service technician Carlos came on time and gave me a plan after inspecting the house. It took him and his team worker 4 and a half hours to finish two systems and two dryer vents. He found mold near the roof unit and took care of it too. Eventually I felt very satisfied with the service and will use AirWiz again when the three year schedule is up.read more

I contacted AirWiz services after reading all the good reviews from my community page and definitely it was my best... decision.From the moment I called to set up an appointment, they were willing to accommodate according to my busy schedule. The day of the service I got Roberto and his wife cleaning all the ducts and the dryer vent, they came really prepared with all the tools, they were very clean and efficient and actually Roberto found out that we had an issue with our dryer connection that was not following the county code and needed to be changed to prevent any fire. I used Airwiz for dryer vent and duct cleaning . I wish I could give them ten more stars ,because 5 stars don’t do... justice .They did a phenomenal job. You know a business work ethics by how they treat their customers and their property . They were easy to reach on phone, gave me a date as soon as possible and assured me if something soon opens up they will let me know .A slot did open up a week earlier and they asked me if I wanted it .On the day of cleaning, Carlos let me know when he would be there exactly and they were very punctual. As soon as they came in they all wore shoe covers , which I really appreciate, and rolled out a tarp to walk on. Carlos explained to me how they will do the cleaning and they started on the job right away after explaining all the details. They were very respectful and did the job really well and even repaired the dryer foil duct with a better one for a very minimal fee. At the end they showed me the before and after pictures and boy! am I glad we got them cleaned out there was so much debris in there. After they cleaned up they left my house exactly the way things were before…. actually better than before because the ducts were cleaner and dryer duct was repaired. I highly recommend this business if you are thinking of getting the vents and ducts cleaned . They are a wonderful ,hard working company and I am always using them from now on.read more

Our experience was better than we expected. They were able to work with us with a short notice of when we needed them... to come in. The customer service rep. was very polite and knowledgeable with regards to questions we had about some of the services we saw online. Once we scheduled a date for them to come in and clean our ducts in our home, they checked in with us the morning of to let us know what time they would be arriving and when they were leaving. They arrived right on time and from there they went straight to work. The two man team that arrived were very professional and efficient at what they did. They asked some questions to know what they were working with and explained everything that was to come and anything they came up they thought was worth mentioning. They arrived at 8:30 and were done around 10:30 or so. They wore shoe wore and took care to leave everything as it was before they arrived. Overall, the whole experience was better than we had anticipated and we were glad we chose to have them come in. Yes they are a little more expensive than other companies offering super low discounts but make sure to do your research.They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and explained everything in detail, just like their website has listed (with videos). On the day of service they arrived on time and were very communicative the entire time. We had some mold in our main unit and we opted to get the extra treatment to clean it. The only thing I would we would have known is that the cleaning agent would have a smell to it that lasted about 24 hrs. I recommend working with this company! They are not the cheapest but they are good. We had our ducts and chimney... cleaned. They arrived at 8:30/9 and left around noon. They did a great job. They showed me the before and the after with the camera they inserted in the intake. The previous owners had the ducts cleaned but I believe they smoked at one point while living here and had pets. I didn’t mind spending the money because they have a high rating and you don’t have to deal with any extra BS. They are transparent about their services and where the other said it would take just an hour, Air Wiz was here longer and did a great job.read more

The two techs who came to clean the vents were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job. They explained the process and worked quickly. I had scheduled my dryer vent to be cleaned and they recommended a sturdier vent secured to the wall. It was a big improvement and a safer setup. The access panel they created in the furnace vent was very neatly and securely done with a metal panel and screws. This was the first time getting our ducts cleaned after recently moving in to our new place. AirWiz showed up on time... of our scheduled appointment and explained the entire process. It took approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete our single family house with 1 unit. After cleaning up their equipment they showed us before and after pictures and explained any recommendations they had for us. I have a narrow staircase that got a small ding in the drywall when they carried out their vacuum. They gave me a call apologizing and the next day someone came out and patched it up. Bought a townhouse recently. New to me, but the townhouse is several decades old. I wanted to get the air ducts and... dryer vent clean before moving in. I selected Airwiz based on recommendations from neighbors on NextDoor as well as my real estate agent. Read the reviews and saw how many people gave Airwiz a thumbs up. I asked for a quote and received it within a day. Scheduling was easy and they do have Saturday hours! It's been a couple hours since Alex and Luis left my house after cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived at the expected time. Both were very respectful and were wearing masks and took off their shoes at my front door. Alex reviewed the air duct cleaning process with me. We noticed the last time the air ducts had been cleaned was 2004. Alex and Luis went through the access panel that was cut in 2004. They took the time to point out any issues like the registers being painted over and that the paint might crack. I watched as they cleaned a couple of the registers and how much care they took with each one. As I had suspected, there was some mold. Alex showed me what it looked like before and after cleaning. I did go with the sanitization option. A few hours later, Alex and Luis were finished. They cleaned up everything after themselves. Looking to have them come out to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at my parents'. Highly recommend Airwiz for being thorough, professional, informative and friendly.read more

This is a home that hasn't had its duct work cleaned since 1994, so I was kinda expecting like a dead animal to be found in the piles and piles of dirt they pulled out of my vents.Just a word of advice to people getting this done. It is LOUD. Like, Boeing 757 taking off from your front yard loud. My son is extremely sensitive to noise, plus all of us are working or learning from home. In the future I would probably leave while they are here, leaving my husband who couldn't hear a dump truck going through a nitroglycerin plant, to take care of payment and such. Both were very respectful and were wearing masks and took off their shoes at my front door.Alex reviewed the air duct cleaning process with me. We noticed the last time the air ducts had been cleaned was 2004. Alex and Luis went through the access panel that was cut in 2004. They took the time to point out any issues like the registers being painted over and that the paint might crack. I watched as they cleaned a couple of the registers and how much care they took with each one.As I had suspected, there was some mold. Alex showed me what it looked like before and after cleaning. I did go with the sanitization option. A few hours later, Alex and Luis were finished. They cleaned up everything after themselves.Looking to have them come out to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at my parents'.
